We've carefully created six modules, each a building block for the next as well as some bonus material at the end of the program. This program is designed for you to complete at your own pace as you choose. For some of you it will take 6 weeks, others 6-12 months. Our recommendation is that your take your time to truly engage with each of the practices we share.

What we don't have in common, isn't worth sharing.
Both growing up in South West Victoria, ambitious, goal-orientated and driven, we pursued careers in healthcare, motivated by a strong desire to help others and contribute to our community. With almost six decades of experience between us working as healthcare professionals, we've ridden the highs and lows of what it means to give of yourself in order to ease the burden of others.
We've now come together to spread the ripple effects of positive psychology messages towards the path of flourishing. We knew in our hearts that there had to be more to this than the endless pursuits of achievement oriented goals, living with high levels of stress and experiencing frequent episodes of burnout. So we did our research. It took many years of trial and error, as well as a big old pandemic, for us to truly decide to bring about changes in our own lives.
We could see our future stuck on the treadmill of busyness trying to squeeze drops out of a very dry cup if we weren't prepared to do something about it. Enter the world of positive psychology, and the latest evidence based science of well being. Through our research and training, we experienced the positive impacts and outcomes of creating new daily habits with easy to use techniques that have literally changed our brains, and therefore our nervous systems, leading to a calmer, clearer, more meaningful life.
We no longer have to worry so much or so often about refilling our cups because our cups are full and overflowing. And it's the overflow that serves all of our other responsibilities in life.
Not only did we learn the practices, strategies, skills and knowledge we share with you in Pause & Flourish -we embodied them. They've become a part of how we live our lives, with our health and wellbeing at the forefront of all that we do.
